IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bad Weather:

We do not work during dangerous weather conditions including heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, flooding, etc. If the weather is not cooperating, we will simply be by the following week to get things back on track!

Accuracy:

We are very precise but we need your help to ensure we can service your yard to the best of our abilities. Please ensure your yard is free from:

Excessively Long Grass
Excessive Leaves
Large Obstacles
Excessive Trash

*FOR YARDS WITH ROCKS, WE WILL BE AS THOROUGH AND ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. BUT, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE 100% ACCURACY DUE TO THE DIFFICULT LANDSCAPING.

Rates

WEEKLY PRICES (Recommended)

One dog: $11.25 per week.
Two dogs: $12.50 per week.
Three dogs: $13.75 per week.
Additional dogs: +$1.25 per week per dog.

TWICE-WEEKLY PRICES

(1-2) dogs: $20 per week.
(3-4) dogs: $22.50 per week.
(5+) dogs: $25+ per week.

WHAT TO KNOW FOR YOUR FIRST CLEANING

Initial cleanings are required on lawns that have not been scooped in the last two weeks. Our initial cleaning fee is $15. You will be sent a prorated bill before we come to your yard for the first time which will cover your initial fee and first month of service. From then on your bill will be the regular weekly price! We bill through QuickBooks and you can pay using a debit/credit card, attaching your bank account, cash, or checks. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

*Invoices are sent on the 1st or the 15th depending on the time of your sign up. You have a 5 day grace period to pay your bill for our services. If you pay past the 5 day grace period there will be a $10 fee added to your bill and your yard will not be serviced until payment is received. If 10 days has passed since your last payment you will be removed from our schedule permanently.*
